We have a monthly cadence of doing Re-screens for your physical movement, 3D Swing Vid Analysis, & Re-testing for your skills development - so we can continue to set new goals & strive for your next area of improvement!
Multiple Coaches
Think about the life of a college or professional golfer - they NEVER have to figure out what to do - they show up and do the work they are assigned... There's a Golf Coach, Strength Coach, and Medical Staff - who ALL have a role to play in their development as an athlete. This is exactly what our staff's role is for you!
1) Assess & Customize
You have 3 initial onboarding sessions...
Session 1 =
TPI Movement Screen (20 Mins) + 3D Swing Video Analysis (40 Minutes)
Session 2 =
1 on 1 Personal Training Session (60 Minutes)
Session 3 =
Skills Development Testing (60 Minutes)
2) Train & Refine
After your onboarding sessions - our staff has enough information to build you a 100% fully individualized training & practice protocol that can adhere to your weekly schedule! You will be booking up to 4 Semi-Private Golf Sessions each week, as well as using your fitness program during open gym hours with coaches their to monitor your workouts.
3) Track & Achieve
We will be tracking ALL your metrics throughout your program - with monthly Re-Screening & Re-Testing Sessions so you can see your progress, and we can set new goals aligned with your next big milestone! We like to "GAMEIFY" your experience!
