AMP Performance is a hybrid, results-driven golf & training facility built for everyday adults and serious golfers who want to move better, feel better, and perform at their best — both on and off the course.
We combine expert golf instruction, performance-based fitness training, and a systemized client experience to help you break plateaus, prevent injuries, and stay consistent long-term. Whether your goal is to shave strokes off your handicap, lose body fat, build strength, or just have a space where training finally makes sense — we’re here to coach, challenge, and support you every step of the way.
Austin Pace is the founder of AMP Performance, a hybrid fitness and golf facility based in Lee’s Summit, Missouri — a business built to solve a problem he personally experienced: bouncing between fitness programs, golf coaches, and inconsistent results, with no system that actually addressed the whole person.
Born & raised in Lees Summit, and starting his career with training professional athletes such as Drew Lock (NFL), Jeremiah Robinson-Earl (NBA), Erik Palmer-Brown (MLS), Brandon Moreno (UFC), etc.
His background in entrepreneurship and years of firsthand coaching experience, led Austin created AMP to be the go-to destination for two types of people: golfers who want to hit farther, swing pain-free, and train like athletes — and everyday adults who want to get strong, move better, and build longevity without wasting time on cookie-cutter workouts.
Austin leads a growing team of fitness coaches and golf instructors, and his mission is to give clients a clear plan, proven systems, and a supportive environment where results aren’t just talked about — they’re tracked, tested, and earned.
He’s a husband, a soon-to-be father, and someone who understands what it’s like to carry stress, hit burnout, and still show up with a vision & a heart for serving others. At AMP, you’ll never be just another membership number — you’ll be coached, challenged, and supported every step of the way.
